At The World of Isopods, we strive for total customer satisfaction and offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all our bioactive cultures. If you are not completely satisfied with your terrestrial crustacean supplies, we accept returns on non-living goods within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange within the eligibility window.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; please note that live organisms cannot be returned once shipped.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned supplies, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
